A new favorite with students!
Easy to make and is delicious as a sauce on pasta as well.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp Apple Juice (have also used Pineapple Juice and that seemed to work well)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Dijoun Mustard
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Garlic (Freeze-dried also works well)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shake well or use an immersion blender
Can store in the fridge for a few months
Gorgeous on Salads, drizzled on pasta or even used as marinade for chicken or pork.
