Frank N Berry Cocktails

We were truly graced when our Great Pyrenees dog, Mounty decided to bring home a new friend. He insisted that we keep her, despite the fact that she was obviously pregnant, neglected and probably abused. “A Girl Named Frank” as we eventually ended up calling her, was one of the best dogs ever! She lived to a ripe old age and had a good life here on the farm. The day we had to say goodbye to her we decided to make a cocktail in her honor and toast to her good life.

A Girl Named Frank, a cocktail of grand status.
Makes 4 drinks – Please serve in a copper mug
1 bag  & a half of organic frozen blueberries
2 cups of ice
6 glubs of vodka (to taste)
2 glubs of amaretto (to taste)
1/3 bottle of authentic ginger beer
¼ cup of fresh blueberries (for garnish)
4 thin slices of lime
4 sprigs of chocolate mint leaf
Whip cream

Directions:
Combine alcohol, ice, frozen blueberries and ginger beer in blender.  Mix until slushy.  May take two rounds in blender to get all ingredients done.
VERY IMPROTANT:  pour in copper mug top with a dollop of whip cream, add two  fresh blue berries,  a thin slice of lime and chocolate mint leaf.

Frankie says,  “ Enjoy!”
