CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Needle Felting a Chicken or funky bird
Learn to use special needles to felt an adorable funky chicken, owl, eagle, or bird of any kind that inhabits your imagination! This is a great class for beginners. We will learn to make wire legs and how to add real feathers to the felt if desired. You can make several simple ones or one ‘fancy’ one in the class as time allows.
All materials included. We begin the morning with homemade sweet breads, coffee or tea. lunch is a warm, yummy, farm to table affair!
All levels welcome
Teacher: Holly Williams
Holly is the owner of Lasso the Moon Alpaca Farm, Lardworks Studio Inc and Laces of Lore Fiber Art. Holly has been teaching fiber art on the farm for over 17 years.
Class Times: 10:00 am – 4 or 5:00 pm – ish
Class Fee: $120 includes all materials and a Farm to table style lunch. A $25 deposit is required to register. If for any reason I have to cancel the class, you may use the deposit on another class, or we will reimburse you the deposit.
