Needle Felting the Naked Truth Figure Class

Friday, March 4, 202
Wednesday, April 20, 2022

If you have always wanted to learn to make needle felted figures or dolls, this is a great starting place. The figurative study of anatomy in its truest form (naked) will help you understand how to change the shape of your figure by adding bits of fiber in all the right places. We will keep the facial features simple and focus on over all expression instead. Pick your favorite activity, be it playing a sport, gardening, or just a hike in the woods and we will use that as our base for expression with your figure.

We will begin by learning to make a wire armature as the skeleton of your figure. The shape and size of your armature will dictate the height and weight proportions.

We will ‘dress’ our figures in minimal clothing to ‘suggest’ the activity of your choice. This is a fun class, guaranteed to bring about a few giggles and snorts along the way.

All materials included. We begin the morning with homemade sweet breads, coffee or tea. lunch is a warm, yummy, farm to table affair!

All levels welcome
